Returns Policy


We understand life happens therefore we happily accept returns subject to the following conditions:

  • If you want to return any item(s) please contact us within 30 days of your invoice date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We do not process return requests initiated after 30 days.

  • Special order or final sale items cannot be returned.

  • No products will be accepted without an RMA. Products received without an RMA will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.

  • All returns must be shipped prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused. We do not issue shipping labels or call tags.

  • Please insure your return shipment for full value as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • All returns are subject to inspection.

  • Unopened items will be issued a full credit.

    • Items that have been opened but are otherwise in “as new” condition will be issued a credit subject to a 20% restocking fee (as we are no longer able to sell as new).

    • Items not returned with all original packaging and accessories or items that exhibit damage, wear, or obvious signs of use will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their expense.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days to process your credit. Credits will only be processed to the original form of payment.
